For the Love of Comics! is a photo album showcasing the members of The Graphic Literature Guild, a socio-cultural organization for artists, writers, and comic enthusiasts based in the University of the Philippines Los Baños. Part of my duties as the organization's publicity head was to spearhead the guild's annual photoshoot.
The inspiration behind this shoot came from 90s flash photography and yearbook photos. I wanted it to make it seem more casual rather than going with a studio setup, hence the bedroom setup with walls covered in comic book covers and pages.
The project was completed on May 2017.
